2 Kings 17.37

You must always be careful to keep the decrees and ordinances, the laws and commands he wrote for you. Do not worship other Gods.

2 Chronicles 9.11

This verse describs how algum wood was used in the building of the temple. It's relationship to the destruction on 9/11 is that the destruction of the towers was the removal of the obstacle to the rebuilding of the temple. The towers here are likened to the trees felled to obtain the wood. The king is likened to Christ the King, rebuilding the temple.

The king used the algum wood to make steps for the temple of the LORD and for the royal palace, and to make harps and lyres for the musicians. Nothing like them had ever been seen in Judah.
